Animal Resources Processing & Biotechnology
The Animal Resources Processing & Biotechnology Division is responsible for the implementation of the national animal resources processing & biotechnology policies to enhance the quality & safety of animal resources and promote value addition through processing. In partnership with a variety of stakeholders including farmers, animal resources processing establishments, local authorities and development partners, the division undertakes research and extension activities aimed at reducing the post-production losses for animal resources, promoting value addition and enhancing the quality & safety of the processed animal products.
