Huye, March 13th 2023

The Minister of Agriculture and Animal Resources, Dr Ildephonse Musafiri, presided over a handover ceremony between the incoming Director General of RAB, Dr Telesphore Ndabamenye and the outgoing Director General, Dr Alexandre Rutikanga.

Assuming the responsibilities, the newly appointed Director General of the Rwanda Agriculture and Animal Resources Development Board by the cabinet meeting on 2nd March 2023, Dr Ndabamenye, pledged to diligently pursue the institutions' purpose of developing agriculture and livestock by encouraging teamwork and accountability.
